1. Mango Pomelo Sago Dessert

Ingredients (8-10 portions)
Step 1
Boil the Sago in hot water for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat and soak for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water then dry it.
Step 2
Blend Caterlink Mango Puree, Coconut Milk and 250ml Milk together
Step 3
Mix all ingredient together

2. Pineapple Coconut Ice-cream

500g
Milk
200ml
300ml
Condensed Milk
100ml
Step 1
Blend all the ingredient together
Step 2
Pour the mixture into the cup and freeze for 4 hours.
Step 3
Put Pineapple Chunk at the top as decoration
